Origine Chocolate & Beer

The chocolate will be solely origin and bean to bar tablets paired with the beers. We purposefully chose small cacaofeviers/torrefacteurs/barsmiths, i.e. the craftspeople who get specific beans and then clean, roast, winnow, grind and conch themselves. Even the same beans in different hands become a different chocolate.

One of our members went into the Pays de Collines, walking for 90 minutes in hilly countryside just to try a cacaofèvier/barsmith, brought back chocolate loot that made their shoulders hurt for 3 days from carrying it. Someone is clearly on a mission.
