But we do. No pralines and pintjes, though. In this tasting, we are foodpairing different styles of beer with origin and bean-to-bar chocolate tablets.
In this tasting, beer and chocolate fall in love.
The chocolate is origin and bean-to-bar tablets made by craftspeople who select the cacao beans themselves, and then roast, winnow, grind, conch and temper to turn theobroma cacao into the food of the gods.
We will not say anything about the beer, you must come to taste that with the chocolate.
This tasting will most likely take place in English, but we speak Dutch and French as well.
